Atrezzo Next Generation (ANG) Access
Effective August 1, 2026, Providers are required to log into their Atrezzo account via the Department of Medical Assistance Services’ (DMAS) Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) website. For Atrezzo users who already have an active MES account and access to the Atrezzo FFS Service Authorization module, click here to log in.
Credentials and First-Time Login
You will receive your user ID and temporary password via email after your MES registration is processed. For instructions on how to log into the MES Public Portal for the first time, please reference this guide with instructions on first-time login, creating credentials, resetting passwords, and accessing the Atrezzo FFS Service Authorization module.
If you’re having trouble logging into your MES account, need to make changes to your account, or have any other MES or Atrezzo access issues, please email MES-Assist@dmas.virginia.gov for assistance.
